BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Start simple. Keep your options open.

Start with the tools your team needs today. You can change your modules and add-ons as your business develops.

Do I need to choose Power add-ons now?

No. Choose the main modules first. Their free standard Power add-ons add depth when you need tasks, documents or more detailed records.

Does selecting Work mean I need financing?

No. Use Work for client, subcontracted or internal projects without requesting financing. Internal projects cannot be financed.

Does selecting Salaries replace my accountant?

No. Salaries organises pay records and prepares information for the accountant. Your accountant calculates payroll.

FREE API INTEGRATION DEVELOPMENT

Keep your tools. Connect the work.

Tell us which tools your team relies on and what needs to move between them. We build your agreed API integration with Spona at no charge, with scope and timing agreed together.

We review each request individually. What we can connect depends on the other system’s API, access permissions and technical requirements.

Discuss a free API integration →

Opens an email draft for you to review and send. Tell us about the workflow; do not include passwords, API keys or personal records.

YOUR CONNECTION PLANAPI
Your toolsSpona ERP
  1. Define the workflow

Which records, which direction, and when should they update?

  2. Agree the connection

Confirm feasibility, access, scope and timing before development.

  3. Build and check together

We build the agreed API integration free of charge and agree how to verify the result.

Before starting, agree any third-party charges, ongoing maintenance and work outside the integration scope. This offer is for an individually agreed build, not a catalogue of ready-made connectors.
