Create a campaign brief or start with a single draft. Use Month, Week or Agenda to organise planned dates.

Assign an owner and collaborators, prepare separate channel versions and keep private files and feedback with the draft. Mention teammates who have access when you need their input.

Review before publication
Request approval for the current version. Editing approved content sends it back for review. Eligible teammates can receive bell and email updates.

Record and learn
Publish through your chosen channel, then record the link and results in Spona. Export content and campaign records when needed.

Does choosing a planned date publish the content automatically?
No. Dates organise your plan. You can set a personal reminder with a time and time zone in the content details. Publish on the external channel, then record it in Spona.
Do I need every module?
No. Start with this module and activate other areas when you need them. Standard Power add-ons are also optional and free.
