Stage costs
Keep private stage costs and review what remains to finish. Review supplier credits against original invoice costs, with partial reductions and a visible unallocated amount. Original costs and correction history stay intact; net costs change without another payment or company expense. Allocate a whole invoice or supported reviewed quantities with calculated EUR costs and visible remainders. For supported EUR order lines, split the contract across stages and select existing invoice allocations: the remaining commitment follows unrecognized, uncancelled quantities, while the recorded cost stays counted once. Unassigned quantities and source changes remain visible. Manual costs and reviewed estimates remain available in Croatia and Ireland. With supported Croatian Payouts and source access, allocate a closed month’s known employer costs manually or using approved Work time; review coverage and unassigned time before confirming. Display private summaries in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF with a dated rate. Entries, budgets and saved history stay in EUR. This does not calculate payroll or record payment.
