ERPSign inGet started freeSpot overdue payments, delays and, where source links are available, completed work that still needs an invoice. Insights brings together weekly checks from the Spona modules you use, explains the amounts and dates behind each result, and links you to the relevant record.

Turn on Insights for your company. It checks the records you can access in Sales, Work, Finance, Purchasing and CRM. You do not need to enter the same information again.
Start with the items that need attention, then review the other results. Each insight explains the source figures and their impact on payments, deadlines or business performance. Some checks need enough history or supported source links. Croatian and Irish invoice checks use their respective Sales records. Supported Irish invoices linked to Work show the remaining stage value before VAT after partial invoices and credits. Older unlinked invoices or changed sources show incomplete coverage.
Follow the suggested action to review an invoice, prepare billing or record a follow-up in CRM. You stay in control of the next step.
Compare the weekly results and revisit earlier reviews within your current source permissions. Turn on the weekly email if you want a reminder to check your priorities.

Each check explains missing history or unsupported sources. The optional paid AI Summary is coming soon; it is not required for the weekly checks.
