01

Getting started & pricing

Choose a starting point and understand what is included.

Choose your modules →
Is Spona ERP really free?

Yes. All available modules and Power add-ons are free, with no licence or per-user fee. Financing and expert services are optional and priced separately.

Do I have to activate every module?

No. Choose one module or several to start. Add other areas and Power add-ons when your process needs them.

Which module should I start with?

Start where scattered records slow you down most. Choose Work for project delivery, People for employment records, Salaries for pay preparation, Purchasing for supplier records, Sales for client quotes and invoices, or Finance for bank transactions and liquidity planning.

What happens after I choose my modules?

Review your selection, then continue to the ERP registration form. Your module choices carry over. Create your company account, verify your email and sign in. If your company already uses Spona, ask its administrator for an invitation.

Do I need financing to use the free ERP?

No. You can use the ERP without requesting financing. Financing is a separate, optional service; it is not a condition for using the available modules.

Modules & Power add-ons

Understand the core tools and when to add more detail.

Explore the modules →
Which modules are available now?

Work, People, Salaries, Purchasing, Sales, Finance, Marketing, CRM, Insights are available. Other planned ERP areas are labelled Coming soon on the modules page and roadmap.

What are Power add-ons?

Power add-ons add depth inside a module. Examples include tasks and attachments in Work, onboarding in People, and delivery notes in Sales. They are included free. Each module page explains its core tools and add-ons together.

Can I use Work for internal projects?

Yes. Work supports client, subcontracted and internal projects. Internal projects stay private within your company and cannot be financed.

Can we view private project costs in another currency?

Yes. Internal margins and private stage cost panels offer a temporary EUR, USD, GBP or CHF display using one dated company rate. Current costs, margins and cost outlook are translated from their EUR basis. Totals are converted independently, so rounded rows may differ slightly. A missing target rate leaves translated figures unavailable; missing budgets and incomplete or stale outlooks remain unknown. Cost entries, budget and review forms, and saved history stay in EUR. The choice changes no cost, payment or rate and is independent of other Finance pages.

Can incoming invoices become project costs?

Yes. With Stage costs active and the required access, allocate a supported completed incoming invoice across existing Work stages or link an exact existing manual cost. Review the saved invoice-date EUR net amount and any VAT you choose to include. For supported structured invoices, split recorded line quantities across stages and review calculated EUR costs, document-level amounts and unallocated balances. Whole-invoice and line reviews use the same pool. Costs stay private to your company. Allocation does not record a payment or add another Management P&L expense; supplier credits and labour have separate reviewed allocation workflows.

Can a supplier credit reduce a project cost?

Yes. With the required Incoming invoices and private Work cost access, review a completed supplier credit against the original invoice’s existing stage allocations. Enter partial EUR reductions and leave any unattributed amount visible. The credit uses its own saved invoice-date conversion. Original costs and correction history remain; reviewed reductions enter the net project total once. Before replacing the original invoice allocation, withdraw its linked Work reductions and then review them again. A credit does not record payment, refund, returned quantities or an additional company expense. Quantity-based remaining commitments stay unchanged; review affected cost forecasts again.

Can we allocate recorded payroll costs to projects?

Yes. With supported Croatian Payouts and private Stage costs access, an authorised reviewer can allocate a completed, closed month whose entered employer costs are all known. Split reviewed EUR amounts manually, or with separate Work-time access calculate stage shares from current approved minutes. All supplied payroll employees need positive approved coverage, and unassigned time remains in the denominator. Review the coverage, rounding and unallocated balance before confirming. Exact adopted manual Labour costs stay unchanged; only the remainder is generated. This does not calculate payroll or hours, prove payment or add another company P&L expense. Source changes retain costs but require review. Manual project costs remain available independently in Croatia and Ireland.

Can we estimate what a stage will cost to finish?

Yes. With Stage costs and the required permission, review commitments not yet recorded and other remaining costs separately from recorded costs. State the coverage and overhead treatment. A complete current review can show an indicative total; unknown, partial or changed evidence does not become zero. Review the remainder again when costs change. With Purchasing access, you can break down the same commitment total into reviewed EUR remainders for assigned order lines and other commitments. Enter the remainder directly or calculate a reviewed total EUR cost less selected whole recorded stage costs. Each selected entry belongs to one line; payroll allocations are excluded. Excess recorded costs are shown separately, and later changes require a fresh review. For supported order lines, a separate quantity review splits the contract across stages and explicitly selects existing invoice quantity allocations. Its fixed remaining commitment follows quantities not yet recognized or cancelled; receipts remain delivery evidence. The breakdown replaces the commitment total once and creates no expense or payment. Unassigned quantities and changed sources stay visible.

Does assigning a purchase to Work record a project cost?

No. Whole-line assignment records private stage context. With the additional source and review rights, a quantity review can split a supported order line across stages and connect whole existing invoice quantity allocations. It calculates the remaining EUR contract commitment without creating another cost. Receipts and their corrections remain evidence, and payment does not reduce the remaining quantity. Explicitly replacing or withdrawing a review preserves history; withdrawal does not restore an old assignment or estimate. Manual assignment and reviewed outlook amounts remain available.

Does Salaries calculate payroll or pay employees?

Salaries organises pay records, payouts and deductions and prepares information for the accountant. Your accountant calculates payroll. Recording a payout does not initiate a payroll payment.

How do Purchasing and Sales differ?

Purchasing keeps supplier orders, goods receipts and incoming invoices organised. Sales handles client quotes, acceptance and the invoices that follow. Your company can be a buyer in one transaction and a supplier in another.

Finance & liquidity

Understand invoice records, Management P&L, liquidity forecasts and accountant handover.

Explore Finance →
Can Irish invoices show how much of a Work stage is invoiced?

Where Irish issuance is enabled, start from a confirmed Work stage and review the exact client before issuing. Each linked invoice contributes its net amount after credits to that stage’s EUR value before VAT. Partial invoices, multiple invoices and full credits remain distinct from payments. Older invoices without a retained stage link are not matched by names; affected coverage stays incomplete.

Why is a Finance amount refused instead of rounded?

Money, liquidity plans and subscriptions use the selected currency’s precision: whole yen for JPY and at most two decimal places for other offered currencies. Use the company number format. Reviewed payroll plans remain in EUR. Existing amounts and calculated estimates retain their exact saved precision. Extra decimal places, malformed separators and amounts outside the supported range must be corrected before saving; your entered text stays visible. Statement imports also check transaction and balance ranges and currencies. Check the original evidence and applicable exchange rate when a converted amount exceeds the limit.

Can we use our own categories in the Liquidity plan?

Yes. While adding or editing a plan, authorised colleagues can add a company category for money in or money out, or rename an existing category. The name updates across the company’s current views while linked plans, amounts and saved history remain intact. Creating and renaming follow separate Finance create and edit permissions. Saving a category does not save the unfinished plan.

What if a liquidity forecast is missing exchange rates?

Original plan and subscription amounts remain visible. Affected EUR totals are unavailable, with a labelled known subtotal; an unknown runway does not mean more than 180 days. Review rates in Bank. Historical transactions need conversion for their own dates, and saved evidence is preserved.

How do we record an assigned Sales receivable?

In Finance → Receivables & payables → Sales assignments, record checked evidence of an externally completed assignment of the whole remaining claim on an eligible issued EUR invoice in Croatia or Ireland. Record the private assignee identity, dates, reference and reason. The customer debt and original invoice stay separate from your company’s expected collection. Record partial or full collections by the assignee separately; these reduce the customer debt without adding company cash. Corrections retain history. Confirmed company collection rights restore only the current remainder. Unresolved rights make the affected forecast incomplete and block conflicting payment actions. Recording, correcting, assignee collections, reversals and export have separate permissions. This does not execute an assignment, send notice, verify bank details or provide factoring and remittance accounting.

How do we record a supplier's assignment notice?

In Finance → Receivables & payables → Assignment notices, select an eligible approved EUR supplier invoice. Enter the new creditor's legal name and supported Croatian OIB or Irish VAT identifier, the notice date, document reference and reason. Review the whole current unpaid balance and confirm the checked notice. The original supplier, debt, due date and cash stay unchanged. Recording payment requires review of the current creditor. Replacements and corrections preserve history; Needs review blocks new payments until the creditor is resolved. Separate permissions control viewing, recording, correcting and export. This records an external notice; it does not execute an assignment or verify bank details. Partial assignments and assigning your own Sales receivables are outside this workflow.

How do we track a supplier advance before the invoice?

In Receivables & payables, open Supplier advances and register an eligible whole payment with the supplier’s name and tax identifier. Choose a Bank-confirmed payment or an already recorded manual payment, including an actual instalment of an independent manual plan. A planned payment alone is not eligible. In Incoming invoices, apply explicit amounts to approved final invoices with the same supplier tax identifier and currency, up to both available balances. Invoice payables and the Liquidity plan use the reduced remaining amount. Confirm a manual payment later against an equal whole imported outflow on the same Bank account. The payment stays counted once; original manual evidence and earlier applications stay in history, while current cash dates and EUR conversion follow the Bank evidence. Separate permissions control registration, application, confirmation and corrections. Cancelling an advance registration leaves cash in place; cancelling an incorrect manual payment has separate prerequisites and does not prove money was returned. The internal register supports EUR, USD, GBP and CHF. Cash-box records, split sources and cross-currency applications remain outside this workflow. It does not create a tax prepayment invoice or calculate VAT.

How do we record money returned from a supplier advance?

For money returned by the supplier, link an eligible Bank-confirmed or manually recorded receipt to the advance and enter the returned amount explicitly. Unused advance and unallocated receipt amounts limit the link. One eligible receipt can cover advances and credit refunds for the same supplier and currency; its capacity is shared. A return reduces the unused advance without changing invoice balances or adding cash. Reverse an incorrect return link with its own reasoned action. A manual receipt can be confirmed later against an equal whole imported Bank inflow on the same account and currency. Receipt details provides controlled confirmation, undo, cancellation and restoration. Source corrections require all active links to be reversed first; restoration never restores the links. Full details require access to every workflow that used the receipt, including reversed links. Source changes additionally require their corresponding source rights. The advance may come from a Bank-confirmed or manually recorded payment. Review the actual payment and receipt dates, the receipt’s whole EUR conversion and the native amount linked. Separate rights control linking, reversal and export.

How do we record a supplier refund?

In Incoming invoices, link a reviewed receipt to the completed supplier credit. Use eligible imported bank evidence or money already recorded manually on a Bank account; manual evidence remains visibly without bank confirmation. Enter an amount within both the available credit and unallocated receipt balance. One receipt can cover several credits with the same supplier tax identifier and currency. Eligible Bank-confirmed and manually recorded receipts share their remaining amount with returned advances for that supplier and currency. Both workflows keep one source through later confirmation and correction. Linking or reversing an allocation preserves actual cash and retains history. When the statement arrives, confirm a manual receipt against one imported line with the same account, currency and whole amount, keeping the receipt counted once. Review both dates and conversions: current period and EUR totals can change. Receipt details provides separate, permission-controlled confirmation and correction actions. Full Receipt details requires access to every workflow that used that source, and source changes require their corresponding rights, including after links are reversed. Reverse all allocations before undoing a confirmation; cancel mistaken manual cash only when no allocation or confirmation remains. Restoration rechecks the source and does not restore allocations. Cash-box receipts, split bank confirmations and cross-currency links are outside this workflow; it does not issue a credit note or calculate a tax correction.

Can we confirm a payroll forecast from its source?

Yes. With supported Croatian Salaries and Payouts access, review an eligible upcoming estimate, its recorded or standing basis and missing or excluded records. Recorded monthly euro costs include hourly workers; standing hourly rates are not monthly costs. Explicitly confirm the company amount and expected date with a reason. The saved review replaces the estimate with one obligation; it does not record a payment or calculate payroll. Private source evidence retains its own access controls. Manual EUR confirmation remains available independently in Croatia and Ireland.

Where do we see invoice balances and ageing?

Open Finance → Receivables & payables. It is a core page, available without the Accountant seat add-on. Your source permissions determine whether customer or supplier balances are visible, and export requires separate authority. Ageing follows the invoice due date, not a rescheduled liquidity estimate. Temporarily display known summary and ageing amounts in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF using one dated company quote. Document currency filters the invoice list separately; summaries cover all accessible documents. Original rows, saved EUR evidence and the Native/EUR CSV stay unchanged. Missing source conversions and unresolved collection rights remain visible; a missing display rate makes translated amounts unavailable. Credits are shown separately from positive balances and do not prove a refund. This is an operational record, not a reconciled accounting subledger.

Can we plan separate payroll payment dates?

Yes. In Croatia and Ireland, a confirmed payroll obligation can have an optional payment schedule with company-level labels, reviewed EUR amounts and expected dates. The parts remain within the same total, and any unassigned remainder stays visible. Assign existing payments explicitly; saving a schedule does not record another payment or move money. Schedule management has a separate Team permission. It does not calculate employee payroll, taxes or statutory deadlines.

Can we track payroll months without individual salary records?

Yes. Croatian and Irish companies can choose the first earning month in Liquidity plan and review completed calendar months without activating Salaries. A missing Finance decision does not mean a payment was missed. Confirm an explicit unpaid amount or record that nothing remains to plan. Review reasons and corrections are retained; changing the first month never deletes existing decisions or obligations. Source payroll review remains separate and requires its own supported country and access.

How do I correct an invoice payment status?

Open the invoice in Finance → Incoming invoices or Sales → Invoices. Review recorded payments and the outstanding amount, then confirm Paid or Unpaid with a reason. Paid records an actual payment; it does not send money. Unpaid reverses an incorrect ordinary payment record and preserves the history. For a supplier invoice with an assignment notice, first review the creditor; payment correction is scoped to that notice, with a separate review state for earlier payments. For an assigned Sales invoice, ordinary payment controls do not record an assignee collection. Use Sales assignments for that evidence. Active or unresolved collection rights restrict ordinary payments; any permitted correction requires review and preserves earlier collections. Applied supplier advances and set-offs keep their own separate reversal controls. If a bank transaction is linked, review it in Bank and undo an incorrect match first. A purchase order marked paid does not establish which incoming invoice was paid.

Can I view the Liquidity plan in USD or another currency?

Yes. Choose EUR, USD, GBP or CHF for the current view. Liquidity plan opens in EUR independently of the Money company default. One dated rate translates the existing EUR report; it does not revalue original invoices or change payment forms and saved EUR comparisons. Totals are translated separately, so rounding may differ from the sum of displayed rows. A missing original EUR conversion stays missing, even when the original currency matches the display currency. A missing target rate also withholds converted known subtotals. Review rates in Bank and reload the view; selecting a currency never fetches rates or saves a snapshot.

Can I view recorded money in USD or another currency?

Yes. In Money & transactions, choose EUR, USD, GBP or CHF as the display currency. Original account and transaction amounts remain visible. Review the applicable conversion rates, their dates and any company override. A missing conversion leaves an incomplete total with a separate known subtotal. Authorised finance managers can save a company default for this page; readers can still choose another currency for the current view. Both choices apply only to Money & transactions and preserve invoice-date conversions, liquidity snapshots and saved reports.

Can I register invoices in USD?

Yes. Enter invoices in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF and attach the original PDF, XML or image. View each currency separately or consolidate in EUR using the invoice-date ECB reference rate, with the previous available quote for weekends and holidays. The saved rate and quote date stay visible. Missing rates are flagged; originals are retained. This management conversion does not prepare foreign-currency VAT filings or calculate settlement exchange differences.

Can I delete an invoice entered in the wrong place?

Yes, when your permissions and the invoice’s status allow it. Open the incoming invoice, choose Delete invoice, check the named supplier and invoice, and confirm that it was entered by mistake. The record leaves active Purchasing and Finance views; its original evidence and change history remain retained. Approval, payment, fiscalization and protected accounting or financing links can prevent deletion. This does not cancel the supplier’s invoice. Authorised users can review recorded invoice and offer changes under Team → Document history; earlier changes are not reconstructed.

Can I register a supplier invoice without an XML import?

Yes. Enter a manual invoice or credit note in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF, record supplier and tax details, save a draft and attach PDF, XML, JPG or PNG documents. Complete it after the required fields, amounts and evidence have been checked. Drafts stay outside ready accountant packages and financial source totals. Adding an XML attachment stores evidence; use Purchasing’s XML import to parse supported invoice data.

Does a closed payroll month mean it has been paid?

No. With access to supported Croatian payroll records and Liquidity plan, review recorded past months and either confirm the amount still unpaid or record that nothing remains to carry forward. A review keeps its history and flags later source changes. It does not create a payment; actual payments are recorded separately. Missing historical records are not treated as zero or reconstructed from current salaries.

Can we settle a supplier invoice against a customer invoice?

Yes. With access to both Finance and Sales and separate set-off permissions, record a completed, documented EUR set-off for the same saved legal counterparty. Choose the approved incoming invoice and issued Sales invoice, review an explicit amount within both remaining balances, and enter the actual date, document reference and reason. Both invoices must have known issue and due dates no later than that date. The record changes invoice balances without creating a bank payment. Corrections retain the original and reversal history. Cross-currency, multilateral and assignment workflows are not included; financing and Irish construction/RCT protections can prevent recording.

Can we apply a supplier credit to an invoice?

Yes. In Incoming invoices, explicitly apply a reviewed amount from an eligible completed credit note to an approved invoice with the same supplier tax identifier and currency. Partial applications are supported, up to both remaining balances. The date, reason and correction history are retained. Applying and reversing need separate Team permissions. Refresh payables and Liquidity plan after a change; no bank payment, supplier refund or additional Management P&L expense is created. Protected bank, financing or country settlement records require their own review.

How does the management profit-and-loss report work?

Your finance team assigns categories and recognition months to EUR sales invoices and credits, completed incoming invoices with a recorded EUR conversion, and closed recorded payroll. Only reviewed allocations enter totals. Enter externally calculated depreciation, accruals or other missing costs as referenced adjustments and review them before inclusion. SPONA spreads the entered total across your chosen months; it does not calculate depreciation from asset values, useful lives or rates. Compare the selected period with the preceding period and prior year, then browse the sources behind a category page by page. Filters and totals cover the full included set. Temporarily display the current report in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF using one dated rate; preparation, saved reviewed reports and PDF/Excel exports stay in EUR. Missing source conversions remain unresolved, and a missing display rate makes translated figures unavailable. Refresh the current report if its records change during browsing; a saved reviewed report keeps its original figures. Bank payments and ledger postings are not added again.

Can profit and cash flow show different amounts?

Yes. For example, EUR 10.000 of service revenue recognised in September belongs in September’s reviewed P&L even if the client pays in October. A EUR 1.200 annual service cost allocated across twelve months contributes EUR 100 per month. Money & transactions follows recorded receipt and payment dates; Liquidity plan shows expectations separately. Asset purchases can be classified outside P&L, with externally calculated depreciation entered as a separately reviewed adjustment. These examples illustrate allocations your finance team must confirm.

When is a P&L report ready to share?

Review unresolved sources, allocations and missing external records, then confirm completeness and save a reviewed report. That confirmation records Your assessment; it cannot detect external records that were never entered. That saved version keeps its figures when source data later changes; changes are flagged for review. Export the live view or saved report to Excel or PDF. Net profit is shown only after income-tax completeness is explicitly confirmed. The report uses EUR source evidence, including completed incoming invoices with a recorded EUR conversion. Missing source conversions and payroll costs remain unresolved; selecting another display currency does not resolve them. It does not calculate tax or prepare a statutory annual filing.

Who can view, prepare and approve P&L?

Use Team permissions to control viewing, preparation, approval, exports and category administration separately. P&L readers can see aggregate company payroll costs; individual payroll detail keeps its own access controls. The restricted external Accountant seat does not automatically grant management P&L access.

Do I need Ledger to use incoming invoices or P&L?

No. Invoice tracking, payments, cash planning and management P&L work independently. Ledger is no longer offered for activation; existing users can review and export saved historical records.

Does Spona prepare tax returns?

VAT return preparation is no longer offered. Work with your accountant to prepare and submit returns through the appropriate tax service. Previously saved return files and receipts remain available to authorised users. A Croatian VAT preview does not provide Irish VAT reporting.

How do bank transactions reach Spona?

Import a bank statement in camt.053 or CSV format, or record a transaction manually. CSV import lets you choose date and number formats, map signed amounts or separate inflows and outflows, and review interpreted values in EUR, USD, GBP or CHF to match the selected account. An authorised Finance administrator can save one CSV format per bank account. Apply it to later files only when the columns match in the same order, then review each new file before confirming import. Invalid rows block the import; exact repeats are counted separately. Review suggested invoice matches and unmatched entries afterwards. Statement import is not a live bank connection and does not initiate payments.

What is included in the liquidity plan?

The forecast uses recorded invoice due dates, salary records, financing obligations, the VAT preview and manual plans. With Subscriptions & renewals enabled, it also includes planned renewals. Manual plans stay pending or overdue until money actually moves. Record full or partial payments with the actual date and amount, or match an imported bank transaction. You can reschedule or cancel a plan; recorded payments and plan history remain. Only the company’s collectible Sales remainder enters expected receipts. Active assignments remove that expectation; positive balances with unresolved collection rights make the affected forecast incomplete. Expected client payments are shown separately from obligations; a forecast is not a confirmed bank balance.

Does cancelling a subscription in Spona cancel it with the supplier?

No. The add-on tracks costs, renewal dates and cancellation deadlines. Cancellation stops ordinary rule projections. With the add-on enabled, explicitly confirm an eligible elapsed renewal that remains unpaid using the saved terms and a reason. That retained amount stays in Plan after cancellation or turning off the add-on; no payment is created. You must still cancel with the supplier under your contract. Spona does not send that cancellation or stop bank charges.

What can I send to my accountant?

For supported Croatian workspaces, prepare a monthly ZIP with available documents, the incoming register, bank and cash records, payroll recap and VAT preview. The incoming register follows receipt month and separates recorded payments/refunds, noncash settlement components and remaining amounts in document currency, with total settled and remaining also at the invoice’s saved EUR conversion basis. Settlement balances are current when the ZIP is built, not reconstructed at month-end. These are operational source records, not certified complete books. Review the manifest and missing files. Later settlements and corrections can change the comparison; the saved ZIP remains unchanged. Rebuilding creates a new package, which needs its own handover record. Downloading does not send it. Ireland supports the Accountant seat, but not this Croatian ZIP. Actions depend on current permissions; the standard Accountant role is not read-only by default. P&L exports remain separate.

Can I see cash across several companies?

Yes, with the Group add-on. Compare recorded money in bank accounts and cash boxes, and review the separate forecast, only for companies where you are a member and have the required Finance access. Recognised transfers between those companies are excluded from group inflows and outflows; recognition depends on bank-account IBANs. Each company keeps its own records. Choose a temporary EUR, USD, GBP or CHF display, initially EUR. One dated rate from the selected company translates the existing EUR comparison; native transfers stay visible. Source conversion gaps remain gaps, and a missing display rate leaves converted totals and known subtotals unavailable. The choice is independent of Money and Liquidity plan. This is a cash overview, not consolidated statutory accounts.

04

People, access & responsibilities

Keep records useful and responsibilities clear as your team grows.

Explore People →
Does everyone need access to every area?

Access should fit each colleague’s role. Decide who maintains records, who approves purchases and who prepares information for the accountant, then arrange access around those responsibilities.

Can we assign recorded time to Work stages?

Yes. In Hours → Work time, authorised colleagues can review a recorded day, approve whole-minute splits across connected Work stages and keep the unassigned balance visible. Viewing, approving and correcting have separate permissions. Changes to the original day require a new review; earlier approvals remain in history. This does not change attendance, calculate payroll or create a project cost, and is available in Croatia and Ireland.

Can salary information have restricted visibility?

Yes. Salaries is designed for restricted pay visibility, so pay preparation can stay with the colleagues responsible for it rather than the whole team.

Can one person prepare a purchase and another approve it?

Yes. Purchasing separates preparation from approval. Agree who handles each part of the process so colleagues know when a purchase needs a decision.

What employee records can I organise?

People brings personnel details, employment terms and staff documents together. Its Power add-ons include absences, onboarding, working-time records and an employee portal.

How should we prepare before bringing the team on board?

Choose a first process, gather the records it needs and agree who keeps them current. Start with a clear set of responsibilities, then add modules and detail as the team needs them.

05

Optional financing

Know where a request starts and what happens before approval.

Explore financing and the calculator →
Where can I start a financing request?

The platform offers financing paths through Work, Purchasing and Sales, as well as a direct questionnaire. The relevant starting record depends on the transaction: a completed and client-confirmed stage, an accepted supplier order or an unpaid sales invoice.

What is the difference between client and supplier financing?

As a supplier, you can explore earlier payment while your client keeps the agreed payment date. As a client, you can explore more time to pay while your supplier receives payment after approval and agreement. These are separate scenarios, not two fees on the same transaction.

Why is unfinished work not ready for financing?

In Work, the financing path starts from a completed stage confirmed by the client. An agreed project or an unfinished stage is not enough. Keep evidence of completion and request the client’s confirmation before exploring the next step.

Which amount is used for a purchasing or sales request?

In Purchasing, supplier acceptance opens the path and the order shows the amount available to finance. Recorded deliveries can change that figure to reflect received quantities. In Sales, a request uses the eligible remaining claim. Recorded payments and external collections reduce that amount. Active assignments or unresolved collection rights block a new request.

Is the calculator an approved offer?

No. The calculator estimates the fee and payment amounts for your selected term. You can review the calculation and contact our team. Financing requires a separate application, supporting documents, approval and an agreement.

What should I prepare for the direct questionnaire?

Prepare the relevant offer or invoice and your business and contact details. The questionnaire gathers information for review. Submitting information does not guarantee approval or a payout.

Talk to our team →
Where can I find examples for my industry?

The Solutions pages cover agencies, construction, wholesale, logistics, IT companies and startups. Choose Small businesses, Growing teams or Larger companies to see module examples and financing scenarios for both sides of a transaction.

Where can I see how the modules fit a real workflow?

Resources has practical guides for client delivery, supplier purchases, sales and employee records. Each guide explains which records belong in each module and where you can request financing.

Can Spona connect to the tools we already use?

We build agreed API integrations with Spona free of charge. Tell us which tools and workflows you need to connect. We review API availability and access, then agree scope and timing individually. Any third-party charges, maintenance and work outside the integration scope must be agreed before starting.

Can we discuss our process before getting started?

Yes. Tell our team where the work gets complicated and which records you want to organise. We can discuss relevant modules and a starting point in English or Croatian.

Does the Contact form send my message automatically?

Nothing is sent while you type. Review your enquiry, then choose to send it to connect@spona.io. Once accepted, a confirmation includes your enquiry reference. You can also use your own email app.

Who should I contact if I need help with my workspace?
